Is TendLead HIPAA compliant?
TendLead is designed for general questions and appointment booking, not for collecting medical histories or treatment details, and we don’t currently offer a Business Associate Agreement. Configure it to ask only for scheduling details, and check with your compliance advisor about your practice’s requirements.
Can it tell patients which insurance you accept?
Yes. Add your accepted plans as a Q&A and the chatbot answers from that list. If a plan isn’t listed, it suggests contacting the office instead of guessing.
Can patients book cleanings directly?
Yes. You set appointment types, hours, breaks and how far ahead patients can book. Choose auto-confirm, or approve each request before it’s final.
Does it work with my practice website?
Install the WordPress plugin if your site is on WordPress, or paste one line of embed code into any other HTML site.
Can it reply to Spanish-speaking patients?
