No. TendLead doesn’t dispatch techs. For urgent problems it collects the homeowner’s details and offers an urgent callback request plus tap-to-call buttons for your after-hours number, and it emails you the lead right away.
Will it quote repair prices?
Only the prices you give it. If you add your diagnostic fee or tune-up price as a Q&A, it answers with that. If something isn’t in your information, it offers the quote form instead of guessing.
Can homeowners book a tune-up online?
Yes. You create services such as “Seasonal tune-up” with their own length, set your working hours and buffers, and customers pick an open time right inside the chat.
Does it work with my HVAC website?
If your site runs on WordPress, install the TendLead plugin. For any other site, paste one line of embed code. It works alongside your existing pages and phone number.
Do I need an OpenAI account?
No. The default No-API mode answers only from the information you add. You can turn on AI or Hybrid mode later with your own Gemini or OpenAI key.
