Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are a general template and are being reviewed. They will be updated before launch.
1. Agreement
By using tendlead.com or the TendLead chatbot software and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
TendLead provides website chatbot software, available as a WordPress plugin and as an embeddable script, including features such as answering visitor questions, lead capture and appointment booking. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you provide to the chatbot (Q&As, business information, documents, website pages) and for the accuracy of answers based on it.
- You are responsible for giving your own website visitors any required privacy notices and for obtaining any consents required by law for the data you collect through the chatbot.
- If you connect a third-party AI provider (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI), your use of that provider is subject to its terms and fees.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or spam purposes.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable and plans renew until cancelled.
5. AI and automated answers
Chatbot answers are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You should review your configuration and transcripts regularly.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service and its software. You retain all rights to your content and grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
